๐ฅ How to Use the 45ยฐ Leg Press Safely ๐ฅ
Adjust the seat to suit your height. If youโre shorter, raise the backrest. If youโre taller, lower it for a greater range of motion.
If youโre new to the machine, start without adding extra weight.
Step into the machine and use the top bar for support as you lower yourself into the seat. Place your feet on the lower platform, hold the safety handles, press the platform away, release the handles, and position your feet safely.
๐ Glute Focus
Place your feet high on the platform, hip-width apart. Bend your knees and press through your heels to return to the starting position. Keep your knees tracking over your toes and use your breathingโinhale as you lower, exhale as you press.
๐ฆต Quad Focus
Place your feet lower on the platform, hip-width apart. Keep your knees over your toes, maintain a controlled range of motion, engage your core, and avoid locking out your knees.

Finishing
After your final rep, place your feet at the bottom of the platform and re-engage the safety handles. Lower your feet to the floor, sit up, grab the top bar, and carefully step out.
