Thursday night training : “making the dream work”
Last night crews took on the obstacle course where team work makes the dream work.
Using precise communication, teamwork and problem solving, crews were required to work throughout an obstacle course carrying a makeshift stretcher whilst maintaining the “patients” balance.
The night was finished off with a game of “bowls” helping to fine tune our hose techniques and add a little competition to the mix.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend and assist.

If you have ever thought about joining or interested in what we do, please come down and have a chat from 6pm Thursdays at Hanwood station on Oaks rd or simply message our page and we will be in touch. For general inquiries jump onto www.rfs.nsw.gov.au and follow the prompts.

Thursday night training. “Blues Clues”.

Crews were tasked to identify multiple locations using grid references and multiple mapping platforms in order to find clues hidden around the district.
Using great team work and ingenuity crews successfully identified all locations and had a bit of fun along the way.
A big thank you to all members who were able to attend tonight, and also a shout out to Browse Books for their continued support of our brigade and the assist with training supplies.
