We see firsthand the incredible difference carers make in the lives of older people, people living with dementia, families and our wider community.

💙 A heartfelt thank you to the Rotary Club of Griffith Avanti for your wonderful support of Hampers of Hope and for taking the time to share the work we do in our community.

We are incredibly grateful not only for your generous support, but also for Merv, Tracy and your volunteers who rolled up their sleeves and helped pack hampers alongside us. Your ongoing commitment to providing volunteers each month means so much to our team and, most importantly, to the many individuals and families we support.

It is community partnerships like this that allow Hampers of Hope to continue rescuing good food, reducing waste and helping ensure it reaches people who need it most.

We would love to say a very special thank you to Darshan & Jayshri, who heard about the work we do at Meals on Wheels Hampers of Hope and wanted to lend a helping hand. 🥰

Last week, they generously donated a beautiful selection of fresh produce, and this week they returned with another wonderful donation of fresh produce, along with a couple of pantry staples. 🍎🥦🥕🛒

Their generosity means so much and will help us provide fresh, nutritious food to people in our community who are doing it tough.

It is truly heartwarming when someone hears about what we do and chooses to support our cause. Thank you, Darshan & Jayshri, for your kindness, generosity and for thinking of others. Your support is making a real difference. ❤️🙏

We’d like to say a very special thank you to the Swans FNC for donating their excess fresh bread from their stall at triple j’s One Night Stand.

This generous donation will be a wonderful addition to our hampers, helping us provide fresh food and a little extra support to local families and individuals in our community. 🥖❤️

We truly appreciate the generosity and community spirit shown by the Swans. It’s amazing to see local organisations coming together and making sure good food doesn’t go to waste while helping those who need it most.
