Awassi Cheesery is Cheese Saling this weekend - Saturday 2nd November 2024. 10am to 3pm. Without sounding like a 'Nick Scali' or a 'Rugs a million' clearance sale - Awassi Cheesery is continuing to match up 'cheese lovers' with our aged Pecorinos. Also available are our cheese utensils and other cheese platters etc
Our beautiful Ice-cream has been sold out - but our aged Pepper Pecorino and original Pecorino are all available at clearance prices.
Did you know that Pecora is the Italian for sheep - Pecorino = Sheep Cheese.
All cheeses 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and full wheels have been sealed with cryvac and can be stored in your own fridge at home until ready to eat.
If you would like a delivery to Brisbane or Sunshine Coast in the next 2 weeks - Pecorino packs are min $50 and can be delivered to your door in the Brisbane and lower Sunshine Coast region free. Cheese, Cheese and more Cheese. The ripening room is now empty. I found some 2019 Pepper Pecorino - so yeh the cheese sale begins at 10am tomorrow and Sunday. I tasted every wheel today, I am so cheesed out! It is now your time to come and make your final Awassi Sheep Cheese purchases. There is Ubriaco, Moroccan, Pepper, Pecorino and a Herb Pecorino. All cheeses have been packed for long life - from full wheels to small serving pieces.
Lots of other second hand outlet cheese items all at clearance prices.
We also have a local coffee van on farm tomorrow - Saturday.

Breast Cancer Fundraiser Raffle Tickets are now available to purchase online. So, if you missed out on attending "Paint the Orchard Pink" on the 19th of October 2024 you can still support Bec and her extremely worthy Fundraiser with purchasing Raffle tickets online.
Bec has been blessed with so many donations and great prizes for the 2024 Fundraiser - you must be in it to win it. A very big Thank you to all the Businesses and Individuals who have donated - this really could not have been done without your help. Online tickets will close at 8pm on the 17th of October - all online tickets are handwritten in the same format as tickets sold on the day - so same same. Please find attached a list of Prizes and Donators.
