What a wonderful afternoon celebrating the dads, grandads, carers and special figures who play such an important role in the lives of our students.

Our Dads n Lads celebration was a lovely opportunity for our students to spend time with the special people in their lives ahead of Father’s Day, with plenty of smiles, laughs and time together.

A huge thank you to our wonderful P&C for organising the BBQ and raffle and for helping make the afternoon such a special community event.

We hope all of the dads and special father figures in our GSPS community have a wonderful Father’s Day! 💙🐝

This week we proudly recognise and celebrate the wonderful SASS who make such an important contribution to our school every single day.

From supporting students and families, keeping our school running smoothly, assisting in classrooms and helping behind the scenes, our SASS staff are an essential part of the Goulburn South Public School community.

We are incredibly grateful for their care, commitment, flexibility and the many ways they support our students, staff and families.

Thank you to our amazing SASS team for everything you do. We hope you have felt especially appreciated this week with our morning tea and Goulburn Community of Schools celebration this afternoon!

We are so proud of Chelsea, who represented our school at the QUOTA Primary Schools Public Speaking Competition! 🌟
Chelsea spoke on the topic “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work.” Although she was feeling a little nervous, she did a fabulous job delivering her speech with confidence and courage.
What a wonderful achievement, Chelsea. We are so proud of you!

Our new long-sleeve school polos have arrived, just in time for this transitional weather! ☀️🍃

They’re a great addition to the school uniform as we move between seasons. Long-sleeve polos are available to order now through School Bytes.

We have two special events planned to celebrate the dads, grandads and other significant people in our students’ lives.

Father’s Day Stall
Wednesday 2 September
Gifts available from $1 to $10, with students to bring money on the day.

Dads ’n’ Lads Afternoon
Friday 4 September, 11:45am to 12:35pm
Dads, grandads and any other significant figures in your child’s life are warmly invited to join us in the classroom, then stay for a picnic lunch or grab a sausage from the P&C BBQ. There will also be a raffle on the day!

Kindergarten 2027🐝

Our Kindy Playdates and Orientation sessions are all about helping children feel comfortable, connected and excited before their first day.

Come along, meet our staff, make some new friends and start your school journey with us.

Enrolments for 2027 are now open!

A very big thank you to Divall's Earthmoving and Bulk Haulage for their generous donation of sand for our new sandpits!

Our students absolutely love these new additions to our playground. We are so grateful for the support of our local community and businesses who help make things like this possible for our students.
