As the seasons change, so can someone’s story 💛

For many young people on the Central Coast, autumn can bring added challenges, but with the right support, it can also be a time of stability, connection, and hope.

At Regional Youth Support Services, we’re collecting everyday essentials to support young people aged 10-25 navigating mental health challenges, family violence, and tough circumstances.

We’re currently seeking donations of:
🧴 Toiletries
🧦 New underwear & socks
🎒 Backpacks
🧥 Jumpers & warm clothing

A simple donation can help a young person feel prepared, confident, and cared for.

📍 Drop off at Gosford (Mon–Fri)

The Bear Crawl Challenge is coming up later this month, and we’re thrilled to be the chosen charity for this epic community event! Participants will take on the challenge of completing a bear crawl course – a tough but fun physical challenge.
This is your chance to have a blast, test your strength and endurance, and support the young people we work with at RYSS.

Every snag helps support vulnerable young people right here on the Central Coast.

⭐️⭐️Central Coast Service Connect Days, running later this month! ⭐️⭐️

These events are a great opportunity for community members to access a wide range of essential services all in one place, including:

🟠Services Australia,
🟠Revenue NSW,
🟠Service NSW,
🟠Births Deaths & Marriages,
🟠Legal Aid NSW, and
🟠Many more!

We’re also excited to let you know that the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) will be holding a Bring Your Bills Day at these events. This is a fantastic chance for people to bring along their electricity, gas, or water bills and get free, independent advice and support with billing issues.

The Service Connect Days are designed to make it easier for people to connect with government and community supports they may not otherwise have easy access to. They’re free, welcoming, and open to anyone in the community who may benefit.
