🚧𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘆 🏡

Council has commenced a review of the 𝙏𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙚, which sets the framework for how land is used and developed across the 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣.

The 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙚 guides decisions around housing, business, industry, agriculture and how different land uses work together - helping shape the look, function and growth of our communities both now and into the future.
