Thanks - I am standing on the shoulders of giants and like so many women I work with we are very privileged to play a small role in changing things for the better. IWD is an opportunity to remember that too many women don’t have access to lights at night, fresh water education and equality. Clean energy helps women be safe at night time, provides an education and income generation potential.

Happy International Women's Day! Celebrating the achievements of women including 2017 Public Sector Leadership Award winner, Amy Kean. As Renewable Energy Advocate for the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, Amy has spoken at more than 100 events to promote renewable energy and its broader benefits to both residents and businesses: https://goo.gl/UWoSkT
