- Set up/Assistance of Smart TVs, Smart Home (Google, Amazon)
- Connection of your Wi-Fi, Internet to your home or portable Wi-Fi
- Set Up of Wifi Connected/Security Cameras/Printers
- Assistance with your Mobile/Tablet/Laptop Security.
Little about me:
Hello, my name is Kirra-lee. Moved to Glen Innes about 3 months ago to be closer to my family who live here, I have 10+ years of tech experience including a certificate II/III in IT and Media. I worked at Telstra (retail based in sales, service and tech specialist) for 3 years where I grew an amazing customer base known for my patience and going above and beyond to assist my customers. I enjoy learning new things and always trying to find ways to challenge myself. I have decided to create this business as a helping hand to the community as I am fairly new to the area. As I'm an honest person and want the best for people, I know that my tech assistance to you will go a long way and I'm always here to help.
I am a mobile business so it makes the help a little easier, i do not charge to travel if you live in town but anywhere further fees may apply.
Please note I don’t specialise in screen replacements for phones or tablets or fixtures of computer hardwares.
My prices:
- Data transfer, Software or Device Updates for Mobile/Tablet devices range ($20-$60) (enquire within)
- Education of use of the devices ($60 for 90 mins)
- Set up of your Smart Tv/ Smart Home ($50 for an hour)
- Set up your Wi-Fi (NBN, 5G Modem) ($50 for an hour)
- Set up of your Wifi Cameras/Printers ($20-$60) (enquire within)
These prices depend on the assistance you may need, please note prices may vary on time spent with you or less time spent. Before booking an appointment I will require further information on what devices and products etc we will be working with so I am able to organize the appropriate tools to help you.
(Generally speaking I can assist with organising products for your needs and set up of the products, nothing is too small or too big)
