📢 REMINDER FOR PARENTS & CARERS

A friendly reminder that parents and carers are asked not to walk through the school grounds during the school day.

If you need to drop off lunch boxes, belongings or other items for your child, please come to the School Office and we’ll be happy to pass them on to your child.

Thank you for helping us keep our school grounds safe and secure during the school day. 💙

We appreciate your understanding and support! 😊

This term in English, Prep students have been learning to talk about special events and experiences. To put their learning into practice, the Prep teachers planned a very special event this week – a Teddy Bear’s Picnic!

Students brought along their favourite teddy bear for the day and enjoyed lots of fun activities both inside and outside the classroom. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to share their experiences, practise their English and, of course, have lots of fun with their furry friends!

Here are some photos from our special event.

📢 Reminder for Parents & Carers

Please remember to regularly check QParents for any unexplained absences for your student(s).

We currently have a few families with multiple unexplained absences showing on their child’s record.

📱 Reminder: SMS messages are sent each day when a student’s absence is recorded as unexplained. Please respond to the SMS or, even better, update the absence directly through QParents.

Keeping attendance records up to date helps us ensure our records are accurate. Thank you for your help and support! 😊

Wear something yellow this Thursday, 10 September. Yellow Shirt, Hair ribbon or socks, just to name a few ideas. Please make sure your child is wearing sun safe clothing.

Thursday, 10 September 2026 is R U OK? Day but we know that the people around us go through life’s ups and downs every day.

If you’re thinking it, Ask R U OK? Any Day because what people value most is trust, a sense of genuine care, and someone who really listens to them, without judgement.

Ask R U OK? Any Day because a conversation could change a life.
