Training in action! 🚤🛟

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Sea School Bundaberg to our pool for some hands-on water safety and survival training.

Participants had the opportunity to practise essential emergency procedures, including lifejacket skills, water survival techniques, and inflatable life raft drills in a safe, controlled environment.

A big thank you to the Sea School team for choosing our facility. It was fantastic to see such valuable training taking place, helping build confidence and lifesaving skills on the water.

Today is World Drowning Prevention Day!

Every year, lives are lost to drowning, yet many of these tragedies can be prevented through education, awareness, and simple safety actions. Today is an opportunity to reflect on the importance of staying safe around water and encouraging others to do the same.

From supervising children and learning lifesaving skills to wearing lifejackets and knowing your limits in the water, small actions can make a big difference.

Together, we can help create safer aquatic environments and reduce the risk of drowning in our communities.
