Minister of Fisheries, not only been described as “devious” and had betrayed the WA people but there's claims of misconduct by ignoring conservation, ignoring environmental impacts, ignoring climate change, ignoring international laws, creating irreversible impacts on marine species, under-reporting by-catch, ignoring increased by-catch mortality, increasing impacts to protected species, causing economical harm to coastal communities, increasing unemployment, tampering with my fishing gear, Fisheries Allocation Committee “staff” receiving large quota shares, creating social and economical losses to existing fishers and was planning on selling the recreational resource for a profit after recreational catch figures seem to be tampered with.

In addition to this, while the Minister is promoting tourism, his department had actually just stopped kids and people with disabilities from staying a night at the Abrolhos Island where they could paddle in the lagoons and hand feed Baldchin grouper, a memory of lifetime.

The Minister of Fisheries, Hon Dave Kelly, is without a doubt the greatest threat our aquatic resource has ever encountered.

Now that most Global International Organisations (big supporting ocean protection network) have been contacted its time to find some big interested parties in Australia to discuss the next step to protect our ocean.

Minister has sold us out and a sustainable resource for $$$

The truth behind the Minister intentions is that he's going to sell all the uncaught (recreational and commercial) Western Rock Lobster quota to international parties then the remaining allocations that we have will be reduced so it also can be sold to international parties.

In the meantime the ex-politician with aquaculture background has already started working on completing the lobsters complex life cycle following the footsteps of Tasmania’s successful lobster breading program that’s now operating at a commercial scale.

Reasoning why the WRLC, CEO, sent a letter to scientist in the selection for the best research facility to grow lobsters, with the “Bayswater Research Facility” being the best choice. I believe WRLC $1 million funding was used to get the facility operational and then the GVP from sold lobster will continue fund the facility.

As for the future, biggest commercial fishery in Australia, there is no future and Minister has made it quite clear he doesn't care about the commercial fishery or sustainable resource, its all about $$$.

The Minister has made it quite clear they don't want the truth getting to the people after trying many times to throw me in court for something i haven't done e.g. from out of sight i tracked the Fisheries moving my Cray pots towards a bounty line on my second last day of fishing. The following day they boarded my vessel and search my computers (with two video cameras) saying i was fishing in the wrong zone. After this was quickly resolved i then showed the officers a track (commercial guys can track up to 60 vessels) where i was tracking their patrol boat moving my pots.
