Meet Charlie! Community Support Worker at All in One. Charlie comes to All in One with extensive experience working with Youth, in Mental Health and Disability roles over the last 4 years. Charlie also holds a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management). We are excited to see the positive impact Charlie will have when working alongside participants and we are thrilled to have Charlie a part of our team. Charlie has the natural ability to develop meaningful connections in a short space of time, through implementing strengths based and person-centered approaches. While, having a strong emphasis on capacity building and goal setting. Outside of work Charlie enjoys spending time with friends, watching movies and is a dog lover at heart. 🫶

Liam possesses numerous transferable skills including critical thinking, conflict resolution and exceptional interpersonal skills. Liam is passionate about supporting people meet their goals and he does through demonstrating trust, safety, and being genuine. Liam is an absolute pleasure to be around, making him a welcome addition to our team. Outside of work Liam enjoys photography, playing guitar, cooking, and going to the beach in his spare time. 💙

Expo mode activated! Danielle and Ryan will be attending Beyond Boundaries Melbourne Expo hosted by Ambition Health Group next Friday. This expo will be one of largest on the 2026 calendar and you won't want to miss it, with over 100 exhibitors presenting on the day. From ndis providers, allied health professionals, support coordinators, participants, families and carers. We will also be giving away a brand new TV to one lucky winner. Massive shout out to Bade and his team for putting this expo together! 💙🩷🩶

Meet Shae! Community Support Worker at All in One. Shae joins our team with over two year's experience working in mental health and disability roles, as well as having a Bachelor of Science. Shae prides herself on having excellent interpersonal skills while, thriving in complex situations and always being proactive in the supports she delivers. Shae also has the proven ability to build genuine rapport and therapeutic connections with the people she works alongside making her a valuable addition to our experienced team. Outside of work Shae enjoys reading, baking, travelling, meeting new people and enjoying a fine coffee. 🩷
