Gawler Health Foundation

Gawler Health Foundation Actively supporting the Gawler Health Service, through a variety of events and other fundraising we provide project and equipment funding.

The GHF is managed by a board of volunteers with the sole purpose of raising funds for the Gawler Hospital and Gawler Community Health Service (Gawler Health Service). In the last 18 months the Foundation has purchased the following equipment for the Gawler Health Service:
• 6 Foetal Doppler Machines (to listen to baby’s heartbeat) for $5,400
• 2 Air Pressure Matresses for Palliative Care (helps a

lleviate bed sores) for $11,000
• 5 Televisions for Day Surgery for $2,400
• Television for Dialysis waiting room
• Bariatric Lifter for $11,000
• Chester Chest (allows nurses to practice putting in Chemo treatment lines) for $2,200

The Gawler Health Foundation are holding a quiz night on Saturday 24 September at the Nixon Function Centre, 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

Tickets are $15 each and are available from the GHF office, https://www.trybooking.com/CBEQM or by scanning the QR code attached.

Tables seat 10 people.

BYO nibbles but drinks must be purchased at the venue.
