Group Fitness 🏋️♀️🏋️♂️
Due to restrictions, we will be running a revised group fitness timetable starting tomorrow the 15th of June. This will be constantly reviewed, with additions/changes as restrictions lift. Classes will start and seperate times than gym sessions to avoid traffic. Free to members, casual use available. Bookings Essential, book through the following link.

ELEVATE @ 5:50PM MONDAYS - Elevate is more cardio based, with the goal to improve your cardiovascular fitness and burn those calories. 45min session.
HIIT @ 5:50PM WEDNESDAYS - High Intensity Interval Training! Melt those calories by focusing on short, sharp, high intensity intervals that is proven to be really effective in aiding in weight loss and releasing those feel good endorphins. 45min Session
ABT @ 6:15AM FRIDAYS - Abs, Butts and Thighs! Work on those target areas we all like you work on. Leave the session with your abs burning, legs like jelly and the b***y working! 45min session.
All classes will be run by Jesse. He has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach.
