To our Valued Swim Fit Patrons,

Due to the Queensland Government imposed 3 day lockdown commencing at 4pm today 31st July please be advised that our facility will be closed as of 2pm this afternoon.

We will continue to follow the directions of the Queensland Government, with the health and wellbeing of our community our top priority.

We will utilise this lockdown period time to ensure the facility is sparkling and ready for your return in a few day’s time.

All Learn to Swim, Aqua and Squad programs are on hold as of 2pm 31st July and all accounts will be adjusted accordingly as per previous lockdowns.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the centre once given the go ahead.

Group Fitness 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

Due to restrictions, we will be running a revised group fitness timetable starting tomorrow the 15th of June. This will be constantly reviewed, with additions/changes as restrictions lift. Classes will start and seperate times than gym sessions to avoid traffic. Free to members, casual use available. Bookings Essential, book through the following link.

ELEVATE @ 5:50PM MONDAYS - Elevate is more cardio based, with the goal to improve your cardiovascular fitness and burn those calories. 45min session.

HIIT @ 5:50PM WEDNESDAYS - High Intensity Interval Training! Melt those calories by focusing on short, sharp, high intensity intervals that is proven to be really effective in aiding in weight loss and releasing those feel good endorphins. 45min Session

ABT @ 6:15AM FRIDAYS - Abs, Butts and Thighs! Work on those target areas we all like you work on. Leave the session with your abs burning, legs like jelly and the b***y working! 45min session.

All classes will be run by Jesse. He has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach.

📣📣Gym Memberships can be reactivated from Monday the 15th of June📣📣

From Monday the 15th, we will reactivate memberships upon request. All current members should have received an email regarding how to activate your membership. If you haven’t, please call us on 5462 5103 or email [email protected] to update your details. If you do not indicate that you wish to activate your membership, then it will remain on hold until further notice.

Please note:

• Booking system will still be in place to ensure numbers are capped at 20 as per Covid guidelines
• 60min sessions are available, please arrive on time and exit on time as staff will be cleaning in between sessions.
• No Towel, No Entry. Must have a towel and is to be used on benches etc.
• Bring your own water bottle, water fountains will be closed as per guidelines
• Changerooms and showers will be closed. Toilets are available to use
• Wash your hands-on entry and exit. There are multiple hand sanitiser dispensers throughout the facility
• Must disinfect equipment BEFORE and AFTER use. Please disinfect before moving on to next piece of equipment. There is plenty of disinfectant available for use.

We appreciate your patience and support through our first week of our gym being open. We hope to see all our gym members back from Monday! Casual use is also still welcome and are to book as per required.
