Throughout the month of June we will be participating in the Push-Up Challenge in support of mental health awareness.
This initiative is a great opportunity for us to come together as a base, promote positive conversations around mental health and support an important cause that impacts many within our community. Whether you complete every push-up, modify the exercise or simply support the initiative through encouragement, every effort counts!
