Our Aqua sessions kicked off last week, and we’re loving getting everyone moving in the water! 💪☀️

Looking for a fun, low-impact way to get active, improve your fitness and enjoy a great workout? Our Aqua classes are a fantastic way to exercise while being kind to your joints.

📅 Our weekly Aqua timetable:

💧 Monday: 9:00am – 10:00am
💧 Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:00am & 10:00am – 11:00am
💧 Thursday: 9:00am – 10:00am & 10:00am – 11:00am
💧 Friday: 6:30am – 7:30am
