Sunny days and playing with friends - what a great combo 👌
We love that at EPS, students K-6 interact positively together at break times.
💡Did you know that children playing in mixed-age groups accelerates social, emotional, and cognitive development. It creates natural opportunities for older kids to build leadership and empathy, while younger children learn advanced communication and problem-solving skills from their peers.
That's a lot of 'learning' going on at break times! 💙❤️

Friday cooking sessions are not only a highlight for students, staff love it too! Mrs Doyle and Mrs Reeves were greeted in the office by some of this weeks wonderful chefs with a delivery for lunch - chicken noodle soup. And yes, it was delicious 😋

Today we celebrated National Chaplaincy Week and acknowledged the support and wonderful work of our school Chaplain - Jerny. In his short time at our school, Jerny has built great relationships with our students; and today we all shared some delicious cake to thank Jerny for being our school Chaplain.

EPS students have been back in the kitchen cooking this fortnight. On the menu was some delicious Spaghetti Bolognese! Students participated in cutting onions, cooking the recipe, stirring the ingredients and cooking the pasta before devouring the end result (and devour they did)! It was yummo and everyone loved it!
