We understand the needs of an ageing population and people with disabilities and their desire to remain in their own home for as long as possible. We work closely with families and Case Managers to develop and deliver a tailored care plan for each client. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver services to support even the m

ost complex of cases, utilising the combined experience of our team of professionals. Founded by health care professionals with many years of experience in the community care sector. We provide the following services:

Hi all,
Care Professionals is blessed to be expanding further into the Yarra Ranges, including but not limited to Milgrove, Warburton, Yarra Glen and surrounds.

We are seeking compassionate, and enthusiastic carers and support workers to support our most vulnerable members of the community.

You will need to have the following
Cert iii in aged care or disability
First aid/CPR
Drivers licence and a car

The drive and passion to enrich peoples lives
