members to talk to us and each other. We will do our best to answer your questions within business hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm, excluding public holidays) and do encourage feedback! While we aim for an open dialogue, we do want you and staff to feel safe when using Facebook. For that reason, any posts that fit the below descriptions will be removed, and any repeated behaviour by users will mean an automatic ban. Please do not:
