After 64 years of committed service to the El Arish community, it is now time for the Borsato family to say goodbye, marking the conclusion of an era.
What began as Val and Santina’s modest venture evolved into a respected business, made possible by the continued support, loyalty, and patronage of generations of customers. Many individuals first visited as children and later returned with their families, reflecting the enduring connection between the business and the local community.
Throughout various phases of the town, including the eras of the sugar cane farmers, migrant cane cutters, the sawmill industry, and subsequent chapters, Val and Santina remained appreciative of every visit, conversation, and shared memory. The focus has always extended beyond the products offered; it was about fostering meaningful relationships within the community.
I acknowledge and thank you all for making these 64 years remarkable.
Val and Santina were highly valued for the relationships and memories formed during this period.

Starting a new business is an exciting journey, and it takes courage, passion, and dedication to take that step.
