This includes: permanent and temporary residents of the Town, local businesses, organisations, as well as residents of neighbouring councils. Child memberships are available to babies, children and young people under 18 years of age, who can join up and get their own membership cards. Your borrowing privileges are the same as regular members but you pay a once-off joining fee, which is refundable when you cancel your membership. Members can borrow a total of 20 items on each card at any one time. This may be made up of a combination of

The usual loan period is 3 weeks. A second loan period is possible provided the item is not requested by another customer.
