POSITION VACANT
The Dunwich LPO is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team on a casual part-time basis.
Key responsibilities:
Operate Australia Post point-of-sale systems
Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS in a discreet and confidential manner.
Assist customers with mail lodgements, products and pricing
Perform administrative tasks including stock control and record keeping
Sort and distribute daily mail and parcels to PO Boxes and Red Boxes
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organisational standards
Work both independently and as part of a small team
About you:
Friendly, likes to smile, presentable and dependable with a positive attitude
Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling preferred
Physically fit, with the ability to lift to 16kgs and stand/be on your feet for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail, memory and hand-eye coordination.
Additional hours will be required during the peak period from November to January. Available to cover shifts when fellow team members are on leave
