🚒🔥 NEW TOY ALERT – DEANS MARSH FIRE BRIGADE! 🔥🚒

Well, look what’s rolled into Deans Marsh! 😎

Introducing our brand-new Field Command Vehicle (FCV)!

She’s big, she’s shiny, she’s got flashing lights, and we’re fairly certain a few brigade members are already fighting over who gets to drive her! 😂

With more bells and whistles than we know what to do with, our new FCV is ready to hit the road and help keep our community safe.

We’re not saying it’s the best-looking vehicle in the brigade… but the trucks are definitely feeling a little threatened. 👀🚒

A fantastic addition to the Deans Marsh fleet, and one we’re pretty excited about!

New wheels, same dedicated volunteers! ❤️💛

❤️💛 NOW FOR THE REALLY IMPORTANT PART! ❤️💛

This incredible new vehicle has been 100% FUNDED BY OUR COMMUNITY! 👏

That’s right! Every single dollar has come from the generosity and support of our amazing community.

We genuinely cannot thank everyone enough for helping make this possible. Your generosity has provided our volunteers with a fantastic new resource to help protect the very community that made it happen. ❤️

Community funded. Volunteer operated. Deans Marsh proud! 🚒🔥

Thank you to Eclipse Ford Ballarat for your fabulous customer service

🔥🚒 PRE-SUMMER TRAINING — DONE & DUSTED! 🚒🔥

The crew has officially ticked off our pre-summer training, which means we’ve refreshed the skills, checked the gear, practised the drills and are getting ready for whatever summer decides to throw our way. 💪🔥

As the weather starts warming up, now is a great time for everyone at home to start thinking about their own summer preparation too. 🌞🌿

From all of us at Deans Marsh Fire Brigade stay safe, stay prepared. ❤️🚒

At 15:00 today our pagers went off for a local Burn Off Out Of Control. It was pretty well going when we arrived. The fire is now under control.

We would like to thank our supporting brigades Winchelsea Fire Brigade CFA Birregurra Wurdale Fire Brigade Barwon Downs CFA
Also a huge thank you to our commander Gavin Fitzgerald for attending.

Just a reminder that while the fire restrictions have been lifted we are still having warm days and it’s still very dry so if you do burn off please register your burn and if you walk away from it make sure it’s out.
