💙 From all of us… THANK YOU Dalwallinu! 💙

What an incredible season it’s been at the Dalwallinu Aquatic Centre! 🙌

A huge thank you to the amazing community of the Shire of Dalwallinu for your support, energy, and smiles all season long — it truly makes what we do so rewarding.

This season would not have been the success it was without our fantastic team:
👏 Sam, Dana, Christie & Jane – your dedication to our swimmers has been outstanding
💪 Megan – our fabulous AquaFit Instructor bringing the energy week in, week out!
🎉 And a big shoutout to our newest team member Cooper – putting the FUN into Sunday Fundays and keeping everyone safe!

You’ve all made a real difference, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.

As we wrap up another great season, we’re already looking forward to the next one… and if you’ll have me back, I’d love to return for another season with you all 😊

🚨 Some Bad News… and Some Good News! 👍👎

👎 Bad News First:
The pool will be closed tomorrow while we finish up servicing the filters and getting everything in top shape.

👍 Now the Good News:
We’ll be back open Wednesday at our usual times, ready for you to jump back in!

🌊 Even Better News:
Thursday will be our final opening day for the season — so make sure you come down, enjoy a swim, and help us finish on a high!

💦 Don’t miss your last chance to hit the water for the season — we’ll see you soon!

Alright, we’ll admit it… it’s a bit chilly out there 🥶🌧️
But we’re still OPEN for those brave enough to take the plunge! 💦💪

The wind might be up and the temps a little down, but the pool is ready and waiting for anyone keen to tough it out and have a splash 😄

With Tropical Cyclone Narelle now downgraded, we’re pleased to let everyone know that the pool will RE-OPEN this Sunday! 🙌💦

The weather may have caused a bit of chaos, but the clean-up is underway and we’ll be ready to welcome you back for a great day at the pool.

And most importantly… 🌀🐾
Dorothy and Toto are safe!

Due to the current Watch and Act alert for Cyclone Narelle, the Dalwallinu Aquatic Centre will be closed this weekend for the safety of our patrons and staff.

Your safety is our top priority, and we encourage everyone to stay informed and follow advice from emergency services during this time.

A massive congratulations to Merrie who has just smashed out an incredible 3,200 laps in our Dally 2 Rotto & Beyond challenge! 💪🔥

That’s the equivalent of swimming to Rottnest Island FOUR times 🤯🐙 — an absolutely outstanding achievement!

⭐ Even more impressive — Merrie is only one of FOUR participants to reach this milestone this season! ⭐

She now earns her place on the Dally 2 Rotto & Beyond Perpetual Shield 🏆 — a true testament to her dedication, determination, and consistency in the pool.

William has shown excellent effort, a great attitude, and consistent improvement throughout the term. His willingness to give things a go and keep pushing himself in the water has really paid off! 💪💦

What a fantastic way to finish off an incredible season! 🙌

The Dalwallinu Swimming Club Wind-Up & Trophy Presentation brought everyone together to celebrate a season full of effort, improvement, and great achievements in the pool 💪💦

From their youngest swimmers finding their confidence, to their seasoned competitors smashing their goals — it’s been amazing to watch every swimmer grow throughout the season 👏

🏆 Congratulations to all the trophy recipients and a big well done to every swimmer who gave it their all this year!

A huge thank you to the coaches, volunteers, families, and supporters. ❤️

✅ No extra cost – just pay your normal entry fee

The fun kicks off tomorrow afternoon with Sunday Funday at the Dalwallinu Aquatic Centre! 🛟🎈

Our big inflatable will be out and ready for loads of aquatic fun between 1:00pm and 3:00pm 😄

⚠️ Please note:
There will be no lap swimming between 1pm and 3pm while Sunday Funday is on.
