A happy update on our echidna friend! 🦔​
Last month, our Wildlife Rehabilitation team treated an echidna for a skin infection. This prickly fella recovered beautifully, and our Wildlife Wellness Officers recently released them back into their native habitat.​

The Rhyll Wetlands Boardwalk has reopened, and just in time for World Wetlands Day! 🌾​
With upgraded walking paths that loop through mangroves, saltmarsh and mudflats, head to the north shore of Phillip Island (Milawul) this summer and explore this unique area. You might even spot some native and migrating birdlife, like spoonbills, oystercatchers, herons, egrets, and cormorants. 🪶
