To promote the importance of regular school attendance, we celebrated 10 of our best attenders by taking them to a handball competition with other small schools in the district.

All of our students gave it their best effort, showed great sportsmanship and represented our school beautifully.

A special congratulations to Jordan Nutt, who made it to the finals for Stage 2 singles, Billie and C**t who made it to the finals for Stage 1 doubles, and Jordan and Kohen who made it to the finals for Stage 2 doubles.

It was a fantastic day and a great reminder that turning up to school every day really does open the door to exciting opportunities!

🧵 Our new Lunch Time Sewing Club began from student interest and has already made a wonderful start! Students are learning valuable beginner sewing skills including threading needles, securing buttons, creating consistent sewing gaps, and fusing two pieces of material together as they work towards creating their very own toy. It’s fantastic to see their enthusiasm, confidence and patience growing each week! ✂️🪡✨
