Coolah District Development Group Inc The Coolah District Development Group Inc (CDDG) is a volunteer managed community organisation based in Coolah, NSW.

Established in 1995, the Coolah District Development Group (CDDG) is a voluntary managed, not-for-profit body. 10 volunteer groups driven by over 150 volunteers, operate under the auspices of the CDDG: Hive Live Gym, Bowen Oval, Pandora Gallery/Visitor Info Centre, Coolah Historical and Tourism sub-committee (CHATS), Rock N at the Racecourse, Coolah Spring Garden Festival, Coolah District Hostesse

s, CoolART, The Recreational Way, Childcare Investigative Group. Each group offers our Coolah community diverse opportunities in health, sport, arts and culture, community services and fundraising. Through the CDDG, the Community Development Officer, a position funded by council, is utilised by these groups and other community organisations for assistance and support. The CDDG facilitates: communication with council and local organisations, multi-user groups uniting to develop plans for community infrastructure, lobby of local government on behalf of community, regular social gatherings for new displays in the gallery and helps new organisations establish. The CDDG aids many volunteer community groups in mentoring, governance support, sourcing funding for their projects and events, auditing and bookkeeping, while striving to build a sense of community.
