CROSS COUNTRY CARNIVAL

Last Friday, we held our School Cross Country Carnival.

In beautiful weather, students show great determination and sportsmanship!

A big thank you to our parent volunteers, spectators, and teachers, especially Miss Wallis who organised the event.

Congratulations to our medal winners and top 5 students in each year group who will go on to represent the school at next term's interschool carnival.

A big thank you to Catholic Education WA, Murphy’s Plumbing and Mr Graf for their support in fixing long-standing drainage issues at St Brigid’s this week.

Students loved watching the workers and equipment the last few days.

This work will have a huge impact on maintaining our school environment.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

Last Sunday, a number of St Brigid's School students received the Sacrament of Communion for the first time. This was a special occasion for these children as they continue their faith journey and experience the body and blood of Christ.

Thank you to Fr G, who led a beautiful service for a full church of students, families, staff and parishioners. Thank you to Mrs Ienco who helped prepare the students at school and Ms Moore for coordinating the Sacrament.

Thank you to the Vu family for kindly donating the Communion cake.

AHLIA'S KINDESS DAY!

Last Friday we celebrated Ahlia's Kindness Day and St Brigid's students dressed in blue, raising $250 for the Ahlias Kindness Day charity.

Students added a splash of colour to the school by drawing, coloring and leaving messages on the basketball court of love and kindness.

Being Kind is easy to do and has a positive impact on yourself and others!

AHLIA'S KINDNESS DAY!

Today is one of our favourite days of the year, where we celebrate what it means to be a good person and how we should all treat others with kindness. It also supports a fantastic charity Ahlias Kindness Day.

Even before the morning bell rung, we had a beautiful act of kindness with 2 students presenting Mr La Roche with some tie-died socks they had made for any students who had forgotten the Blue free dress.

We are so proud of the way our students consider others and treat everyone with compassion and care.

We can't wait to share all of the fun that students have had today!
