🧐 What you can’t see matters most.

Project Notting Lane at Cottage Point was one of those jobs where the beauty of the home demanded real respect.

Our client had multiple waterproofing issues.

Timber rot under the existing deck.

And the real culprit?

Inadequate water slope.

You see, the thing is… water always wins if the structure doesn’t guide it properly.

So our task was clear:

- Correct the drainage slopes within the foundation
- Re-waterproof the affected areas
- Simplify the deck structure
- Install Outdure’s aluminium frame system
- Finish it with beautiful new spotted gum decking boards

But this wasn’t just any home.

This was a Season 1 Australian Grand Designs award-winning property.
