Reminder for today's Community Day event at the Hall from 3pm

Meals will be available from 3pm. You will need to get your name checked off to get your meal tickets. There's likely no more meals available. All depends on no shows. So if you have changed your mind, please let us know.

You are of course welcome to come if you haven't booked food. They day is open to all from 3pm.

This is a licenced event. We have wine by the glass, beer, G&T and a new hard lemon that Mark is beta testing. Please do not bring alcohol with you. The licence does not allow for this.

The The Ice Creamery Coles Bay will be there selling ice creams.

Dave Cole will be doing Open mic 5-6pm, taking a break for the bushdance, then kicking off again.

For anything else, ask the Hall volunteers this afternoon.

So looking forward to seeing everyone get together. The weather is going to hold out. We've told it so!

Final reminder to book your meal for the Community Day at the Hall Sunday May 3rd, from 3pm. You can book free adult, vegetarian and kids meals from Big Pete's spitroasts via the link below.
WE WILL CLOSE OFF BOOKINGS 5PM WEDNESDAY 29TH (TOMMOROW).
So book by then.

On the day The Ice Creamery Coles Bay will be there with icecreams available for purchase from 3pm.
Malting Lagoon Brewing Co will be there with beers, G&T and wines from Over the Edge Wines, again from 3pm.

🏓 Pickleball Tournament – 3PM
Grab a paddle and jump in! Register in the Hall with or without a partner. Compete for prizes in Ladies, Mens, Mixed, and Junior (Under 12) divisions. Never played before? Stick around after the tournament—friendly instructors will help you learn the ropes!

SAVE THE DATE - COMMUNITY OPEN DAY AT THE COLES BAY HALL
MAY 3RD 2026 FROM 3PM

Community Hall Open Day for the local community. See what your local Community Hall has on offer for you.

Come along from 3pm to see the Pickle Ball tournament

Kids activities from 3:30pm with a scavenger hunt, tug-o-war and facepainting, and Ice cream for sale from the The Ice Creamery Coles Bay.

There's food by Big Pete's spitroasts from 5pm with free kids drinks.

A bushdance starts at 6pm hosted by Nigel Carins, the best dancer in Coles Bay.

After that it's adult time with Open Mic from Dave Cole and Drinks (Beer, Wine and Mark's gin) from Malting Lagoon Brewing.
