DEPUTY CHIEF OF ARMY ADVENTURE TRAINING AWARD 2026 #1
Tthe Deputy Chief of Army Adventure Training Award (DCA ATA) 2026 from Rotation 1: 07-12 April and Rotation 2: 13-18 April 2026 at Lake Barrington, Tasmania. DCA ATA 26 will provide cadets an opportunity to participate in a range of continuous adventurous activities, including environmental features that induce a perception of risk, where cadets engage in a physically active, adventurous skills-based activity that requires them to interact with the environment over an extended period, in a military-like scenario. The DCA ATA is the ultimate individual cadet challenge available in the AAC Program, where a cadet continually experiences and overcomes mental and/or physical challenges, develops higher individual qualities of character development and leadership, and is exposed to an environment of risk and consequence, while working in a small team.
