🌱☀️ R2R Kids’ Heatwave Safety & Recycling Awareness Program ♻️

Today, Recycle To Revive -R2R had a wonderful opportunity to conduct a Heatwave Safety & Recycling Awareness Program at Story House Early Learning MacKillop Way. 🌏💚

The children enthusiastically participated in practical learning about:

☀️ Heatwave Safety: staying hydrated, keeping cool, avoiding direct sun during extreme heat, wearing a hat and light clothing, and telling an adult if they feel unwell.

♻️ Recycling & Waste Sorting:
🟨 Yellow bin – Mixed Recycling
🟩 Green bin – Food & Garden organics Waste
🟪 Purple bin – Glass Recycling
🟥 Red bin – General Rubbish

It was wonderful to see the children so excited and engaged while learning simple actions to stay safe, protect our environment and build a healthier future. 🌱☀️

🙏 Special thanks to the R2R team – Dr.Radha Wagle, Dr Babu Ram Bhattrai and Bhaskar Regmi – for coordinating today’s program.

💚 Our sincere appreciation to the Story House Early Learning management and class teachers for providing this valuable platform for R2R volunteers to educate and inspire the next generation.
