The Town of Claremont has prepared a Revised Draft Rights of Way (ROW) Strategy in response to initial comments received from the public on the recently advertised Draft ROW Strategy and we are seeking your comments on the proposal.

To assist in your understanding of Council’s revised proposal, an additional information session is to be held at Council’s offices on Thursday 9 July 2026, commencing at 6.00pm.

Unlike the session held during the first round of consultation this additional session will be in a format where the Town will provide a presentation on the key aspects of the revised Draft Strategy and then there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions in a group format. At the end of the session there will be an opportunity for attendees to have one on one consultations with Town staff.

The closing date for comment is Friday 17 July 2026 at 5.00pm.
