Wide Bay All Schools Touch – Open Mixed

A huge congratulations to our Open Mixed Touch team on a fantastic effort at the Wide Bay All Schools competition.

With a relatively small squad on the day and a team made up of students from Years 9 through to 12, the group came together exceptionally well and exceeded expectations.

The team recorded some great wins throughout the competition and displayed plenty of skill, teamwork, determination and school spirit. It was particularly pleasing to see students from different year levels working together, supporting each other and competing strongly throughout the day.

A big thank you to Mr Parsons for his guidance, coaching and especially his pre-game speeches to make sure the energy levels were always high!

Finally, thank you to Bundaberg State High School for organising another great Wide Bay All Schools Touch competition.

Well done to everyone involved!

Wide Bay All Schools Touch – 13 Girls

We are incredibly proud of the efforts from our 13 Girls Touch team at the Wide Bay All Schools competition.

For the majority of the team, this was their first experience playing organised competitive touch football, and they embraced the challenge brilliantly.

Throughout the day, the girls continued to improve with every game, building their confidence, skills and understanding of the game. Most importantly, they displayed excellent levels of sportsmanship, teamwork and encouragement, supporting one another regardless of the result.

It was fantastic to see their development across the competition, and they should all be very proud of their efforts.

A big thank you to Mr Santacaterina for coaching, encouraging and guiding the team throughout the competition.

Well done, girls!

Wide Bay All Schools Touch – U15 Girls

A fantastic effort from our 15 Girls Touch team at the Wide Bay All Schools competition!

The girls enjoyed plenty of wins throughout the competition and produced some excellent touch football against quality opposition. As the competition progressed, they faced some very tough opponents in the later stages and continued to compete right until the end.

Finishing 4th overall was a great result, with the team showing plenty of skill, determination, teamwork and resilience throughout the day. The girls should be extremely proud of the way they represented our school both on and off the field.

A massive thank you to Miss Mason for coaching and supporting the team throughout the school touch season.

BDSSS Touch Football – Term 3

Well done to all six Bundy Sport Touch Football teams on their efforts throughout the Term 3 competition!

Our students continue to display great teamwork, sportsmanship and determination each week. With 1 week of competition remaining and potential finals in Week 10, we wish all teams the best for a strong finish!
