Castlemaine Compassionate Communication - CCC

Castlemaine Compassionate Communication - CCC Compassionate Communication is based on listening to ourselves and others. It is inspired by the work of Marshall Rosenberg, "Nonviolent Communication".

My name is Sonia Stocco. I have been facilitating communication circles for more than five years. I am a body worker, and have been for 20 years. Compassionate Communication is a way to interact with others with a simple four step process that can be integrated into any relationship. Lucinda Young has over 20 years experience in Community Development and Social Work. She brings to this partnership

an interest in supporting systemic change and personal transformation as it contributes to the change we need to see in the world today. Sonia and Lucy are strongly influenced by both the work of Marshall Rosenberg and Miki Kashtan who has taken up the social change agenda suggested by Marshall's Nonviolent Communication.

If you are reading this, you share a dream with me; a dream that as a global community we can grow past our fear enough to keep asking the most important question: How can we most fully live and act from love, wisdom, and care?  In the face of the pandemic, it is not surprising that fear g
