Look who’s stopped by! Liz (our resident takeaway latte) has popped her head in to make sure that Steve, Dave, Phil, Heath, and Mandy are doing ok. ☕✅

While Liz always brings a smile (and caffeine) to the station, she’s a great reminder of how important it is to check in on your mates—and yourself. 🗣️👂

We know that when an accident happens, your instinctive reaction is to jump in and help. But being exposed to potentially upsetting sights and sounds can take a toll, either immediately or down the track.

If you notice changes in your thoughts, feelings, or behaviour—or if you notice them in those close to you—it might be time to take specific steps to look after yourself. ❤️‍🩹

Help is always available. Here are some key organisations ready to support you:
🔹 Beyond Blue: 1300 224 636 Advice and support for depression and anxiety.
🔹 Lifeline: 13 11 14 24/7 access to crisis support, su***de prevention, and mental health services.
🔹 MensLine Australia: 1300 789 978 Telephone and online support, information, and referrals specifically for men.
🔹 Black Dog Institute: (02) 9382 4530 Reducing stigma and encouraging help-seeking through education programs.
🔹 Kids Helpline: 1800 551 800 Free telephone and online counselling for young people aged 5 to 25.
🔹 1800RESPECT: 1800 737 732 Domestic family violence counselling service.

Thanks for the check-up, Liz! Stay safe out there, everyone. 🚒✨

Headline: Official 2pm Vibe Check: It’s gross here... What's the weather like where you are?

We are looking at the sensors and the technical term for this weather is "yuck". The wind is doing that thing where it feels like a hairdryer someone left on 'High'.

We want a ground truth report. Forget the Celsius (we have an app for that). Give us the feeling.

What is the vibe at your place right now? A) The Air Fryer Setting. B) Satan's Front Porch. C) "I just walked to the letterbox and almost perished." D) "My wheelie bin has just migrated to the next town."

Report in below. 👇 (And seriously, if you see smoke, call 000 immediately. Do not post it here)
