A cheeky and gorgeous little Northern Green tree snake (Dendrelaphis calligastra) I came across in the Daintree rainforest in far north Queensland.

These guys are very inquisitive and will "check you out" , they don't have fangs and are non venomous.

Check this out! a gorgeous blue phase common tree snake (Dendrelaphis punctulatus) we came across with a while back at Coochiemudlo Island, Qld.

The "blue phase" is a name given to this colour variation of the common tree snake and is one of the most striking and beautiful snakes around.

They are also completely harmless and reluctant biters!
