It’s been so busy here at Cardwell State School lately with so much fun happening. Today we joined with Kennedy State School and Murray Upper State School to watch a performance of ‘Precious’. We then had a picnic lunch together followed by games with Chappy Steve, Mr Wilks and Mrs Foley. We have had the best morning and cannot wait to come together again soon!

Yesterday we had a group of our students go to Tully High School and participate in the Tutti Fruitti band camp followed by a concert for the community. It was such a fabulous night and our students should be so so proud of how well they played. A big congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you to Ms Kym Hall for teaching our kids every week!

We have had a bit of makeover in our morning Parade area, naming it Calm Cove. This is to remind our students that this is a calm space that we meet to get our brains ready for learning.
