Happy National Playgroup Week! 16 to 22 March

Across Australia, thousands of playgroups give families a place to connect, learn and belong. Each one is unique, but all offer play‑based learning for children and social support for families.

Research shows that children who learn through play, both at home and in their community, have stronger outcomes when they reach school. And families benefit too, with playgroups helping build confidence, connection and wellbeing.

Playgroups help build playful, connected, communities - there has never been a better time to join in the fun!
