UC Labor Left UC Labor Left is the progressive voice of the ALP on campus. We advocate for fairness, equality and progressive values within the Labor Party. Join today!

UC Labor Left is a place for all progressive students to come together and have their voices heard. The club will aim to advance progressive values on campus and within the Labor party. We share the values of the Labor Left, such as fairer treatment of refugees, true equality for women, true equality for the indigenous peoples of Australia, true equality for members of the LGBTIQ community, true e

quality for people of diverse cultural and racial backgrounds, real protections and fair treatment and pay for workers and the advancement of the labour movement. We will be a forum for the advancement of students rights, and the advancement of workplace rights for students who work on top of their study. Meetings will occur monthly. UC Labor Left will hold social events for members, such as: politics in the pub, fundraisers, game/trivia nights, and barbecues in addition to our monthly meetings. We plan on averaging at least one event per month in addition to meetings. Comments Policy,

It is a decision that tells the poorest in society that their time spent with friends, family, and children is a burden on the economy.
