Today we're celebrating Pilates in all its forms - yes, even the slow burns 🥵

Did you know? Pilates began during World War I, when Joseph Pilates taught movement and rehab to injured soldiers (even using bed springs to create what became the Reformer!). In 1926, he and his wife Clara opened their first New York studio, guided by his famous rule:
'After 10 classes you feel better, after 20 you see a difference, and after 30 you have a whole new body.'
