✨Reflecting on National Reconciliation Week❤️💛🖤
Last week, our children engaged in a variety of meaningful experiences to celebrate National Reconciliation Week. Through storytelling, art, music, and sensory play, they explored Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, including the significance of the Aboriginal flag, traditional clapping sticks, native foods, dilly bags, and natural elements connected to Country. Children contributed to our “Walking the Path Together” display and collaborative “Come Together” artwork, learning about respect, inclusion, and the importance of building connections with one another. These experiences encouraged curiosity, understanding, and appreciation as we continue to learn, listen, and walk together on the journey of reconciliation. ❤️💛
