I am pressuring the Shire to do something about the proliferation of the noxious shrub, cottonbush in the shire. Particularly on the land at the corner of Nettleton Road and South West Highway standing idle waiting to be developed. Cottonbush is an ecological disaster and a serious pest for local graziers. If you feel strongly about the spread of cottonbush, like I do, write to the shire expressing your concern. We are a rural environment and share our lands with the farmers. Stephen Jones
