📣 FREE Healthy Lunchboxes & Mealtimes Information Session 🥪🍎

We're excited to share that one of our parents will be hosting a FREE information session and workshop for parents on creating healthy lunchboxes and encouraging positive mealtime experiences with children.

This is a great opportunity to pick up practical tips, share ideas with other families, and learn strategies to help make mealtimes easier and more enjoyable.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children are welcome to attend with their parents.

What a fantastic Play & Stay session we had last Monday! 🌟

Our children became little germ detectives, learning how germs spread and practicing how to wash their hands properly. 🦠➡️🧼

Meanwhile, parents enjoyed a valuable morning with Deb Woods from Parenting Ways , chatting about school transitions, emotions, separation, and many other questions that arise as children prepare for school.

There was so much great discussion that we've already planned to explore these topics further when Deb visits again!

Thank you to all the families who joined us. We can't wait to see you next time! 😊
