Week 7 at Bullyard State School
We hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and made it down to the Gin Gin Show. Did you see our students' posters, artwork and displays and Giant Pumpkin? We are incredibly proud of the effort, creativity and talents our students showcased for the community.
We are also thrilled to announce that Bullyard State School has been selected as a recipient of a 2026 Kitchen Garden Grant through the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation. The grant provides funding and support to help schools establish and grow sustainable kitchen garden programs.

Our students have already started work on a brand-new herb garden area that will support our school tuckshop and broader food education programs. We can't wait to share updates as this exciting project continues to grow.
🎾 Sporting Schools Program
Sporting Schools activities continue this week from 8-9am.

A big thank you to our coaches for providing these fantastic opportunities for our students to learn new skills, stay active and have fun.
Friday is Queensland Day, celebrating the anniversary of Queensland becoming a separate colony in 1859. Students are invited to wear Maroon themed free dress and help us turn Bullyard State School into a sea of Queensland pride! We will hold a best dressed competition, so get creative, show your school spirit and celebrate everything that makes Queensland great.
