Children's Week is a celebration of children's rights, voices, cultures and contributions.
This year, we are celebrating Article 30 - every child has the right to use their own language, celebrate their culture and practise their religion. Thank you to our Sponsors We extend our appreciation and thanks to our valued Community Grants supporters; Lotterywest, the Department of Communities and the Department of Education for their generous support allowing us to celebrate Children’s Week in 2026. Through their contribution, Meerilinga is able to create meaningful opportunities for children, families and communities. Their commitment supports Western Australian children and helps to make Children’s Week a special and inclusive celebration for all.

Jennifer from Messy Bubs Swan Valley will be hosting the Messy Play and we look forward to seeing you and your children at this great event on Friday 23 October 2026
