There were plenty of smiles this week as Sean and Rachel collected their Early Rates Incentive prize. They were the lucky first prize winners from a pool of six prizes after paying their rates in full before the deadline.

The Early Rates Incentive Program is our way of thanking ratepayers who pay early, and it's always great to share in the excitement of a winning moment.

Congratulations Sean and Rachel! πŸŽ‰
