ES5 students have been busy practising “See It, Say It, Sign It” for our Week 10 assembly. They have made wonderful progress in recognising initial sounds, and we have even modified the song lyrics to include their own names! The students are very excited to wait for their letter, then proudly shout out the sound. This Tuesday, they also decorated their own T-shirts ready for the performance. We are so proud of their hard work and can’t wait to see them shine on stage!

Room 15 had an amazing time at Book Week this week!
We had a Minecraft zombie, Peter Pan, Thomas the Tank Engine, Macca the Alpaca, Where’s Wally and a few fairies and butterflies in our class.

We spent the morning on the oval, where we participated in the school-wide Book Week parade with all of the Year 6’s.
Congratulations to Jaxon for winning the best costume award for Room 15, with the Thomas the Tank engine costume he made with his parents.

The rest of the day we participated in some sensory activities with the rest of the upper years classrooms, and after lunch, we participated in an activity with Room 17 reading a book and creating a poster.

We had the best week!!
