We had a wonderful day with your students! It was great to see them connect with Country, themselves and each other.

What an incredible professional development evening at the Science Colloquium during Science Week. This professional development is for primary and secondary teachers, and science educators to learn current research that is happening here in Queensland.

We were privileged to have the Queensland Chief Scientist speak to us as well as 3 incredible researchers from the University of Queensland. So interesting!

We had an amazing National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day event with our 5 local schools: Eatons Hill State School, Albany Hills State School, Albany Creek State School, McDowall State School and Albany Creek State High School this week. It was a day of sharing, connecting and learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. The students learnt and walked within the beautiful Bunyaville Conservation Park, on Country.

Our students were privileged to learn two Aboriginal dances and how to throw a boomerang with the Nunukul Yuggera Aboriginal Dance Company.
